FUSHIFARU BRANDING ILLUSTRATIONS

I was commissioned by Topi to create illustrations for the branding of Fushifaru Maldives. I designed an abstract map highlighting the different areas of the island resort, which includes the main island, deep and shallower ocean, Fushifaru reef and the sand bank areas. The map also depicts the many activities curated by the resort and showcases the rich marine life. The map is an integral part of the resort's branding and is featured on various amenities and collateral around the resort.

Surrounded by the rich marine life, I was also asked to create illustrations of common reef fish in the area. The Cleaner Wrasse is the resort's 'mascot' and was even made as a small plushie.
The hand-painted ink textures I created for the background of the map were also used in the design of staff uniforms and various other elements.
